Request an exact quoteHourly rate or fixed price?
Hourly — our recommendation
You pay only for the time actually spent. You get an indicative estimate up front, and the invoice matches the work done. Usually the most affordable option.
Fixed total price
Agreed in advance for the whole job. Because the price has to include a margin for surprises, a fixed price is usually higher than hourly billing.
Contracts & partnerships
Subcontracting, recurring work and on-call service are always agreed case by case. The price depends on the scope and continuity of the work, and reverse-charge VAT is used for construction services where applicable.
Frequently asked
How much does electrical work cost?
For private customers, electrical installations and repairs cost €50.20/h incl. VAT (€40.00/h + 25.5% VAT). Travel is €0.60/km + VAT, and materials are invoiced separately as used. Use the price calculator for an indicative estimate.
How do I get a personal quote?
The fastest way is to call 044 201 4039 or fill in the contact form — we usually reply quickly.
Can I claim the household tax credit for electrical work?
Yes. As a private customer in Finland, you can claim the household tax credit for the labour share of electrical work done in your home. We itemise the labour share on the invoice.
Finland first — green energy
Finnish innovations we are proud to highlight
We favour Finnish expertise, green energy and solutions that reduce carbon footprints. SAK Service Oy’s business also includes importing and product development: here we highlight Finnish innovations whose teams we admire — more products are on the way.
A sensor that installs without a plumber
No plumber, no pipework, no wiring — just numbers, never the water.
The battery-powered Pod mounts on a bathroom wall or shelf with no plumbing, no wiring and no separate permits. It never touches water — it reads the room, not the pipe — and turns what it senses into data. One bathroom installs in minutes, a whole hotel in an afternoon. Nothing is recorded: no camera, no audio — only the result ever leaves the device.
soweri.fiExperts from different fields, one problem
Old problems stay unsolved because everyone looks at them from the same direction.
MyyWorks brings experienced people from different fields around the same table to solve problems that are usually seen from only one angle. They build only what is worth building — and what also works as a business.
myyworks.fiKenttävainu (“Field Instinct”)
Loop simulation and Ethernet diagnostics, in one field tool.
A field diagnostics multi-tool for automation technicians: a galvanically isolated analog simulator (4–20 mA source, ±10 V, ramp, loop supervision) and Ethernet tools – device discovery and IP address assignment regardless of vendor – in one battery-powered unit. Built in-house, named for what it does: sniffs out the fault before you do.
Try the virtual demo → Ask about itHow Kenttävainu works, technically
On the network side Kenttävainu speaks each device’s own standard protocol, so it is not tied to one vendor. EtherNet/IP devices (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Omron, Beckhoff EK9500) are found with a ListIdentity query, and their IP address, BOOTP/DHCP mode and link speed/duplex are set with CIP messages. Profinet devices (e.g. Siemens, Beckhoff EK9300, Phoenix Contact, WAGO) are found and addressed with DCP – even before they have an IP address.
Other devices are found with ARP queries on the local subnet, and devices asking for an address show up from their BOOTP or DHCP request. Kenttävainu can assign such a device an address by its MAC address and, on EtherNet/IP devices, turn BOOTP off right away so the address is kept. The same IP on two devices is flagged as an IP conflict. A DHCP/BOOTP server, ICMP ping and Modbus TCP scan are included too.
Limitations, plainly: changing an IP address requires the device to support EtherNet/IP or Profinet DCP, or to be in BOOTP/DHCP mode. Some devices refuse the change (e.g. a Siemens CPU whose address is set in the hardware project). Setting the Profinet device name is not included yet. The device is at prototype stage and compatibility is being confirmed in field tests.
Functionality
- One-press discovery: EtherNet/IP, Profinet DCP, ARP and BOOTP/DHCP requests
- IP address assignment for EtherNet/IP (CIP) and Profinet (DCP) devices
- Address assignment by MAC address (BOOTP/DHCP), then made static via CIP
- BOOTP, DHCP or static mode, plus 10/100 Mbit/s and duplex for EtherNet/IP devices
- Device details: model, vendor, revision, serial number, Profinet name and MAC; IP conflict detection
- DHCP/BOOTP server, ICMP ping (latency and loss), Modbus TCP scan and 8 network profiles
- 4–20 mA source with its own 24 V (0–24 mA, NAMUR fault levels), into the PLC card’s 4-wire terminals
- ±10 V voltage output, ramp and 25 % step test
- Loop supervision: actual current and loop voltage, warnings for an open loop or too high a load
- Galvanically isolated analog side, 18650 battery and calibration from the menu
PLC Code Transpiler
Convert TIA Portal XML / STL / SCL to C and view it as a LAD or FBD diagram.
A browser-based tool that converts TIA Portal Openness XML, STL and SCL code between each other and into C, and draws the logic as a ladder (LAD) or function block (FBD) diagram. Sponsorship
We support Finnish sport
We value Finnish sport, and we support it.
Still Møykky
We sponsor the Still Møykky channel, which creates content around strength training and bodybuilding. Supporting Finnish sport and exercise matters to us, and we want to be part of cheering it on. Møykky trains at a high level, and competitive bodybuilding demands a strict diet that’s genuinely expensive by today’s standards — which is exactly why this support matters.
YouTube: @stillmoykky Support the competition prepSamu Kunttu
Samu Kunttu makes YouTube videos about motocross and enduro. The channel rides KTM two-strokes such as the SX 125 and 300 EXC — on the track, off-road and on snow in winter — with riding videos, bike test rides and plenty of two-stroke sound. We support Samu because we want to back Finnish athletes and creators who inspire others to get moving and try motorsport.
YouTube: Samu KunttuNight Sight Finland
Night Sight Finland is a Finnish organisation founded out of a passion for night vision and safe firearms handling. It runs live-fire night vision shooting competitions and courses, hosts the Night Vision Expo where visitors get hands-on access to manufacturers’ products, and publishes educational content on YouTube. The aim is to bring equipment into real use environments where performance, reliability and practicality truly matter. We support Night Sight Finland because we value safe, well-run activities and Finnish expertise.

The chat identifies itself as an AI and does not give binding price or schedule estimates. Do not type passwords or personal ID numbers into the chat. Anthropic does not use content sent via the API to train its models, and it is automatically deleted from their systems within 30 days. The transfer outside the EU is protected by Anthropic’s Standard Contractual Clauses. None of the features is required.
